Gregor the Overlander

                                                         In this book a boy goes
                                                      under ground and discovers
                                      a city with giant rats and insects there are also people 
                                                   who involve him in their prophecys and
                                                       send him on perilous journeys
                                                           My favorite part is
                                              when he bonds  with his giant  bat Ares.                      
                                                               I love this book.
